📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing daily store operations.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.,Assist in training and developing new team members.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Participate in store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management.,Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.,High school diploma or equivalent.,English language proficiency is a plus.
