📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing.,Support the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the organization and execution of HR-related training and development programs.,Conduct research and analysis to support HR decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
