• Analyze and process health insurance claims using our in-house system and industry-standard software like SAP and Oracle.
• Verify claim documentation and assess claim validity.
• Resolve discrepancies and provide recommendations for claim approval or denial.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure accurate and efficient claim processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health insurance claims processing or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle software is a plus.
• Certification in health insurance claims processing or a related field is a plus.
