You'll use industry-standard tools and software, such as Housekeeping Management System (HMS) and Cleaning Checklist App, to streamline your workflow and enhance productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and prepare guest rooms for check-in, ensuring all rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
• Use Housekeeping Management System (HMS) and Cleaning Checklist App to manage room status, track cleaning tasks, and generate reports.
• Handle linens, towels, and other room supplies, ensuring they are replenished and organized.
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in housekeeping and room management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with Housekeeping Management System (HMS) and Cleaning Checklist App.
