📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and secure funding opportunities from various sources including banks, government schemes, and private investors.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and loan disbursements.
• Conduct market research to identify new funding opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present funding proposals to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on funding performance and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide training and support to branch staff on funding and customer service best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, particularly in funding and customer relationship management.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
