📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve IT-related issues.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
