Pusat Jaya Fruit is seeking a talented and passionate Recruiter to join our team. We are a leading company in the fruit industry, and we are looking for someone who can help us find the best talent to support our growth. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract top talent for various positions within the company.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide feedback to candidates and communicate hiring decisions in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
