📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow existing customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into paying customers.,Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales plans.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management roles.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.
