The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision making,Prepare and review budgets and forecasts,Assist in financial planning and analysis,Handle bank reconciliations and manage cash flow

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
