In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.,Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Managing and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Preparing and reviewing technical reports and documentation.,Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and staff.,Participating in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).,Valid professional engineering license (if required).,Experience with project management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
