📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of outlet crew members, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.,Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including stock management, merchandising, and customer service.,Ensure that the outlet is well-maintained and presentable, with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience for customers.,Monitor and report on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to management.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure that the outlet is running smoothly and efficiently.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to retail operations.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and other staff members.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on team performance and productivity.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, merchandising, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both customers and colleagues.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Ability to speak and understand Bahasa Indonesia is required.
