📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing and supervising a team of front desk receptionists.

Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

Handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

Managing the front desk operations, including guest inquiries and complaints.

Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of guest records.

Assisting with the maintenance and cleanliness of the front desk area.

Participating in staff training and development programs.

Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles.

Proven leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of hotel management systems and software.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
