📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation,Develop and implement best practices for technical writing within the team,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Mentor and train junior technical writers in the team,Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve our technical documentation,Work with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
