As a Leadership Excellence Architect, you will be responsible for conducting leadership assessments, designing tailored development programs, and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to leaders at all levels. You will leverage industry-leading tools and software, such as 360-degree feedback systems, competency models, and leadership development platforms, to create a robust and effective leadership pipeline.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement a comprehensive leadership development framework that aligns with organizational goals and values.
• Conduct leadership assessments and provide data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver tailored leadership development programs, including workshops, coaching sessions, and mentoring programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Leverage industry-leading tools and software, such as 360-degree feedback systems, competency models, and leadership development platforms, to enhance the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to leaders at all levels, fostering their growth and development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development, and incorporate them into our framework.
• Measure the impact of leadership development initiatives and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership development, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in leadership development, such as Certified Leadership Development Professional (CLDP) or Certified Leadership Coach (CLC).
• Strong understanding of assessment tools and methodologies, including 360-degree feedback, competency modeling, and leadership assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaders at all levels.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective leadership development programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
