📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain mold-making machinery, including CNC machines and milling machines.
- Create and maintain molds according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Inspect molds for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve mold-making issues.
- Keep detailed records of mold-making processes and quality inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mold-making efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the mold shop.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mold-making or a related field.
- Proficient in operating CNC machines and milling machines.
- Familiarity with mold-making software, such as Mastercam or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
