📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to overseas clients.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
