📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and baked goods according to recipes and customer specifications.,Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and presentation in all products.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in product development and innovation.,Meet production targets and deadlines.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and baked goods.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.,Creative and innovative approach to baking.
