Agung Wati Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. We are a growing dental clinic in Pekanbaru, and we are looking for someone who can help us manage our human resources effectively. This is a remote position, but you will be required to work from our office occasionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
