FLUX Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Manage the accounting department's budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
