📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize cash flow.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and opportunities.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the management and employees on tax-related matters.,Maintain and update tax-related documentation and records.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's compliance.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve tax-related issues and disputes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in the garment manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
