📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and develop HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.,Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.,Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work culture.,Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.,Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and competitive packages.,Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to boost morale and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record in strategic HR leadership and business partnering.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies is beneficial.
