📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts using our high-quality ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Follow and maintain strict quality control standards to ensure consistent and excellent product quality.
• Work closely with the bakery team to meet daily production targets and customer demands.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment.
• Stay updated with the latest baking techniques and trends to continuously improve our products.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new recipes and products.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the bakery.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers and addressing their needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an artisanal bakery or similar role, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Proven expertise in baking bread, pastries, and desserts.
