🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the mining industry.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and projects to successful completion.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
