📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement direct sales strategies to promote our WiFi solutions in Batam.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Manage and grow the customer base by providing exceptional service and support.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in the WiFi solutions sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the telecommunications or IT sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
