As a Luxury Guest Service Agent in Kuta Selatan, you'll be the face of our property, ensuring every guest's stay is memorable. You'll handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with a smile, and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations. Our estate offers a unique blend of luxury and tranquility, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for hospitality and attention to detail.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless guest experiences, from the moment they arrive until they leave. You'll use our property management system (PMS) to manage bookings and guest information, and our guest communication platform to keep guests informed and engaged. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism.
• Manage reservations and bookings using our property management system (PMS).
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring all needs are met and exceeded.
• Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations, transportation, and tour bookings.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records and communicate with guests using our communication platform.
• Promote our estate's amenities and services to guests, highlighting the unique experiences we offer.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a luxury setting.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali.
