📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for retail construction projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.
• Familiarity with cost management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction cost estimation and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
