📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and manage the fleet of vehicles using fleet management systems and GPS tracking
- Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in top condition
- Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues or concerns
- Optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks and record findings
- Provide technical support to drivers and other staff as needed
- Analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fleet Supervisor Technician or similar role
- Proven track record of managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles
- Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and GPS tracking software
- Certification in vehicle maintenance and repair (e.g., Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
