📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote and showcase a wide range of consumer electronics, including TVs, smart home devices, and audio systems, to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist in store setup, including product placement, merchandising, and display design to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Conduct in-store demonstrations and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage with customers, addressing their queries and concerns to build strong customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the consumer electronics industry.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales and promotional skills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Strong knowledge of consumer electronics products, including TVs, smart home devices, and audio systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software.
