📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and draft detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for commercial office buildings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and review technical documents, including system layouts, schedules, and specifications.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to manage the procurement, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Ensure that all MEP systems meet local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable and energy-efficient building solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering for commercial buildings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Surabaya.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
