As a Part-Time Delivery Hub Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations at our delivery hubs across Bali's most vibrant locations. Whether you're in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver cutting-edge vehicles and services to our customers.

In this role, you'll manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, coordinate with drivers and logistics partners, and ensure that our vehicles are stored and prepared efficiently. You'll work with a variety of tools and software, including Tesla's proprietary logistics systems and GPS tracking tools, to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility to balance work with other commitments, while still making a significant impact on our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing vehicle deliveries at Tesla's hubs in Bali.
• Work with Tesla's logistics systems and GPS tracking tools to monitor and optimize delivery routes.
• Collaborate with drivers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient vehicle transfers.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks to prepare vehicles for delivery.
• Assist in inventory management and storage of vehicles at the hubs.
• Maintain accurate records of all delivery activities and vehicle movements.
• Provide excellent customer service to drivers and logistics partners.
• Participate in safety and operational training to ensure compliance with Tesla's standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with logistics software and GPS tracking tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
