📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to customers.,Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation techniques.,Ensure a clean and organized workstation at all times.,Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.,Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with basic coffee equipment and maintenance.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.,High school diploma or equivalent.
