📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Manage intercompany transactions, including reconciliations and reporting.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to support the company's financial operations.,Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.,Provide training and support to finance team members to enhance their accounting skills and knowledge.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on general ledger operations and intercompany transactions.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Certification in CPA or CMA is a plus.
