📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and advise on legal matters related to coal mining operations
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian mining laws and regulations
• Conduct due diligence on mining projects and contracts
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, permits, and licenses
• Provide legal support during negotiations and disputes
• Monitor and report on legal risks and opportunities
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal roles within the mining industry
