📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement warehouse improvement plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and standards.
- Certification in warehouse management or a related field is a plus.
