📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, using HRIS like BambooHR and Workday.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
• Collaborate with managers to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or a related role.
• Proven experience with HRIS like BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
