📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular warehouse audits to identify and prevent potential losses and security breaches.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and compliance standards in the warehouse.
• Investigate and report any incidents of loss or damage to the warehouse.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure the proper handling and storage of inventory.
• Monitor and control access to the warehouse to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Collaborate with the warehouse management team to develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on security and compliance best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and warehouse security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in loss prevention, warehouse security, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with loss prevention software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
